2018 Center for Fiction First Novel Prize Longlist Announced

The Heart for Fiction introduced their 2018 First Novel Prize longlist this morning. The award is given to the “very best debut novel printed between January 1 and December 31 of the award yr,” and the prize-winning creator receives $10,000.

The Hundreds of thousands has a unique connection to this checklist: our editor Lydia Kiesling made the checklist along with her debut novel, The Golden State (out in September)!
